At Brickstone Property Management, client satisfaction and transparency are at the core of our business. We provide professional property management and tenant placement services, which involve significant time, expertise, and resources.Because our services begin immediately upon engagement, all fees paid for completed or active services are non-refundable.
1. Tenant Placement
FeesTenant placement fees are earned once a qualified tenant has been approved, a lease is signed, or possession is granted. These fees are non-refundable, even if the tenant later cancels or vacates early.
2. Monthly Management
Monthly management fees are collected at the beginning of each month alongside the tenant’s rent payment. These fees cover ongoing management services such as rent collection, maintenance coordination, tenant communication, inspections, and financial reporting. Because these services commence immediately at the start of each month, management fees are non-refundable once collected.
3. Cancellations
If a management agreement is terminated before services have begun, a partial refund may be considered at Brickstone’s sole discretion, provided no work (marketing, screening, or management setup) has been completed.
4. Billing Errors & Adjustments
In the event of a billing or clerical error, please contact us within 7 business days of the charge. Verified errors will be corrected promptly through credit or adjustment on your account.
